Proximo Signs Lease Agreement with Renowned HR Services Provider

Hines, the international real estate firm, has signed another lease agreement for office space at Proximo, Warsaw. A new office will be opened at the building located at the corner of Prosta Street and Przyokopowa Street, near the metro station “Rondo Daszyńskiego”, by Grupa Pracuj S.A.

Grupa Pracuj S.A. is one of the fastest-growing technological companies in Central Europe, and a leading provider of solutions that support companies with employee recruitment, retention and development. Its products and services are used by 30,000 clients from 40 countries. The company’s new Warsaw headquarters will take up over 4,200 square metres of space on three storeys of Proximo. Another advantage of the new office is its direct access to a 200-square-metre terrace.

Grupa Pracuj will move into Proximo in early December 2016. The agreement was signed for seven years.

“We are glad that such an innovative and flourishing company appreciated Proximo’s strengths. We are convinced that our building, a symbol of changes taking place in the district of Wola, will ensure Grupa Pracuj the highest level of operating comfort. Located in the immediate vicinity of a metro station, with its abundance of retail and service outlets and top-class architecture, Proximo attracts a wide group of reputable tenants — we will be able to announce new agreements very soon,” said Przemysław

Iznerowicz, President of the Management Board, Hines Polska.

In the course of negotiations, Grupa Pracuj S.A. was represented by the consulting firm Colliers International.

“Grupa Pracuj is growing dynamically. The new headquarters will enable the company to readily adapt the space to changing needs of the organisation, whereas the location
near Rondo Daszyńskiego, already familiar to the employees, will provide convenient access to public transport,” said Paweł Skałba, Partner and Director of Office Agency, Colliers International.

Proximo construction was launched in June 2014, with handover scheduled for May 2016.
