Proximo I

Proximo I is being constructed at 68 Prosta Street in the immediate vicinity of the Daszyńskiego Rondabout. The thirteen floors of this modern office block feature a total of 28,385 sqm of retail and service space and a three-level underground car park equipped with 435 parking spaces. Guests, deliveries and taxis can also take advantage of numerous parking spaces. The office block is located in Warsaw’s Wola district and will be made available to its tenants as soon as in June 2016. Proximo I is an example of a conceptual building, in which the emphasis is put on issues related to environmental protection.
