About the complex

The Proximo complex is being constructed on the outskirts of the Central Business District, close to the Daszyńskiego Rondabout and the Rondo Daszyńskiego underground station, part of the second line of Warsaw underground. The complex will include two A-class office blocks. The first building located in Warsaw’s Wola district at 68 Prosta Street will be delivered in June 2016, whereas the second office block situated at 26 Przykopowa Street will be made available to its tenants in two years 
– in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The Proximo office blocks feature 46,335 sqm of office space and 2650 sqm of retail and service space. The complex has a total of 641 parking places in an underground garage, as well as surface parking spaces for guests, deliveries and taxis. Cyclists can take advantage of secure bicycle racks, showers and changing rooms.

Standard of the space

The Proximo office complex provides its tenants with retail and service space on the ground floors and office space on the upper floors. Tenants will have at their disposal a total of 641 parking spaces in multi-level secured underground car parks, while guests, deliveries and taxis can take advantage of additional surface parking spaces.

A complete infrastructure has been designed for the convenience of cyclists. A canteen and an inner courtyard have been landscaped to feature unique elements of small architecture, providing a perfect place to relax in the course of daily duties.

The quality of the offered space meets the international standards for Class A office buildings, including:

  • temperature control in offices,
  • Building Management System (BMS),
  • multilevel underground parking with additional parking spaces for bicycles and motorcycles,
  • additional surface parking spaces,
